Meet our Founder Alexia Georghiou
Alexia Georghiou is a keynote speaker on happiness and human-centered leadership, organizational development consultant, and founder of the Knoxville Happiness Coalition. She partners with executives to build values-driven cultures that foster resilience and well-being. Author of The Future of Work is Human and The Future of Success is Happiness, her work has been featured at UPEACE Executive Education in Costa Rica 2X, SHRM25, and the University of Tennessee Systemwide Administrative Professionals Summit.
